Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase. If something is not right, items may be returned for a refund or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return conditions
- Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging and condition.
- Proof of purchase (your order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
In-store returns
Items can also be returned or exchanged at our Sidney shop with your receipt within 14 days. Online purchases are welcome in store.
How to start a return
Email us at info@flushbath.ca or call 250-655-7732 and we will help you arrange your return or exchange. Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
