We offer free standard shipping on orders over $120 (before tax) within Canada. For Canadian orders under $120, a flat rate of $20 applies. US orders ship at a flat rate of $40 USD.

Standard shipping within BC takes 2 to 4 business days. Elsewhere in Canada, expect 5 to 8 business days. Express options are available at checkout.

Yes, we ship within Canada and to the US. US orders ship at a flat rate of $40 USD. Duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. We do not currently ship outside Canada and the US.

Yes. Choose Pickup at shop at checkout. Pick up at our Sidney shop, #102-2537 Beacon Ave. Enter through the storefront on Beacon Ave. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours, and we'll email you when yours is ready.

Items may be returned for a refund or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your purchase. All returns must be in their original packaging and condition, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Contact us to initiate a return.

Yes, items purchased at our Sidney location can be returned in-store with your receipt within 14 days. Online purchases can also be returned in-store.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can use this to monitor your package's progress with the carrier.

Tracking information can take 24 to 48 hours to update after shipment. If your tracking hasn't updated after 3 business days, please contact us and we'll look into it.
